Job summary

APM Terminals Elizabeth seeks an experienced OT Integration and Quality Manager to lead integration, testing, validation, commissioning, and operational readiness of OT systems across the terminal.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Technology, you will collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and vendors to translate technology investments into measurable improvements in reliability, resilience, safety, standardization, maintainability, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OT deployments in large industrial environments.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and safety.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the OT Integration and Quality team with clear priorities and governance.
• Own OT integration strategy aligning operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Lead the OT quality assurance framework including testing and deployment readiness.
• Ensure validation processes reflect terminal operating requirements for safe production.
• Manage vendor performance and post-handover support across projects.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Drive root-cause investigations and preventive actions for OT failures.
• Advance continuous improvement through standardization and automation.
