Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience in container terminals or similar complex environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Operations Technology products.
• Manage and develop a team of OT specialists while coordinating suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through daily management routines and kaizen initiatives.
• Oversee deployment planning, testing, go‑live, and transition to stable operations.
• Manage deployment risks, performance reporting, and escalation processes.
• Ensure operational readiness through capability building and change management.
• Maintain support, inventory control, and preventive maintenance plans for OT solutions.
