Job summary

APM Terminals Mobile is hiring for a senior Operations Technology deployment lead to drive end-to-end OT solutions for terminal modernization. You will work with global teams and local stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery and measurable improvements in performance.

You will manage a team of OT specialists, coordinate with suppliers, and champion daily management routines, testing, and change management to sustain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong Operations Technology expertise, including TOS, PLC/SCADA, API/middleware integration, OPC UA, 5G.
• Proven project management experience in container terminals, ports, or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of OT products within scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of OT specialists while coordinating suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through daily management, kaizen, and standard work.
• Oversee deployment planning, testing, go-live support, and transition to stable operations.
• Maintain operational readiness through capability building and knowledge transfer.
