Job summary

Chevron seeks an Integration & Divestment Operation Technology Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end IT operations technology for integrations and divestitures. You will drive milestones from due diligence through Day 1 readiness, TSA execution, and post-close separation or integration while managing risks and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and ability to govern complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT with at least 3 years in IT project management.
• Experience coordinating complex IT projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT operations technology project outcomes.
• Coordinate Day-1 readiness and post-close transition activities.
• Govern OT workstreams with clear governance and risk management.
• Collaborate with M&A teams to align objectives and timelines.
• Define OT roadmap and milestones across workstreams.
• Communicate portfolio budget, risks, and issues to IT leadership.
