Job summary

Chevron is seeking an Integration & Divestment OT Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end IT operations technology programs supporting integrations and divestitures.

The role leads governance across OT workstreams, manages cross‑functional teams, budgets, and risk, and ensures Day‑1 readiness, TSA execution, and smooth separation or integration of divested entities with M&A and IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in IT project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transaction-related OT project outcomes safely, compliantly, and on schedule.
• Enable Day-1 operational readiness and post-close continuity.
• Drive clear governance, execution discipline, and risk management across OT workstream.
• Support a clean separation or successful integration aligned with deal intent.
• Collaborate with Merger & Acquisition workstream leads & Integration Management Office leadership for each acquisition and divestiture.
• Lead relevant OT & Industrial network delivery through definition and documentation of objectives, scope and plan.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end program OT roadmap and milestones, identify cross-program dependencies, and drive OT execution with MSPs, team members, & vendors.
