Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center.

You will work across inpatient and pediatric settings, evaluating patients and developing evidence-based plans of care. This full-time role offers a 50/50 split between pediatrics and inpatient care, a competitive hourly compensation of $38–$49, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT program required.
• Ohio OT license current and active required.
• CPR certification current required.
• Experience in inpatient and pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality OT to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across neonate to geriatric populations.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.
