Job summary
Inframark is seeking an Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and administer secure OT infrastructure across water, wastewater, and critical utility systems. You will work with project teams, field personnel, and cybersecurity groups to implement Windows server/workstation administration, AD/DNS/DHCP, virtualization, and secure remote access solutions.
The role emphasizes OT networking, SCADA/HMI/PLC connectivity, cybersecurity hardening, and lifecycle management,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years supporting IT/OT, industrial networks, or utility environments.
- Experience deploying, administering, and supporting server, workstation, network, and virtualization technologies.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and secure Windows Server/Workstation in OT environments.
- Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Design and support industrial network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs).
- Implement secure remote access (IPsec VPN, approved platforms).
- Support SCADA, HMI, PLC, telemetry, and OT communications.
