Job summary

Inframark’s Automation and Intelligence team seeks an Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure OT infrastructure for water and wastewater systems. You will work with project teams, field personnel, and cybersecurity resources to deliver reliable OT solutions.

Responsibilities include Windows server/workstation admin, AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO, virtualization, industrial network design, firewall policies, VPNs, and secure remote access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting IT/OT infrastructure or utility environments.
• Experience deploying, administering, and supporting server, workstation, network, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and secure Windows Server and Workstation OS in OT environments.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot industrial network infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Design and support secure remote access solutions (IPsec VPN, BeyondTrust).
• Support SCADA, HMI, PLC communications and OT system connectivity.
• Create network diagrams, configuration standards, and installation documentation.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls including system hardening and endpoint protection.
