Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Engineer in Houston to support international operations and strengthen OT architecture, cybersecurity, and reliability across industrial environments.

The role collaborates with OT Operations, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Digital teams to deliver infrastructure projects, drive continuous improvement, and manage risks across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Essential 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across OT networks and infrastructure.
• Understanding of IEC 62443 and NIST cybersecurity principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve OT architecture, reliability, and cyber resilience.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and assist with OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Configure and deploy OT infrastructure across multiple domains.
• Support risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with OT operations, cybersecurity, and vendors.
