Job summary

Qualifications

• Sophomore status or higher pursuing a related bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2.75 GPA
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, switching, routing, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with Windows OS, hardware, and IT infrastructure
• Ability to work safely in industrial manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner with adaptability
• Effective written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Monitor reliability, security, and performance of OT network infrastructure and servers
• Assist with Windows Server admin, virtualization, backups, DR activities
• Maintain OT asset inventories and network documentation
• Support OT cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability management
• Participate in projects involving networking, virtualization, servers, storage, video surveillance
• Assist testing, deployment, and validation of new systems
• Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and automation tools
• Collaborate with OT/IT/Engineering teams to troubleshoot and drive improvements
