Evolver Federal is seeking an OT/ICS Systems Engineer Lead to support a federal client onsite in Bethesda, MD. Hybrid work requires 3-5 days onsite per week depending on program needs.

The role emphasizes integrating facilities data, leading OT/ICS engineering efforts, and maintaining security posture across BAS, CMMS, and related systems. US citizenship and NACIC clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years OT/ICS engineering experience.
• 5 years OT/ICS and facilities operations experience.
• Experience with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Level 5 NACIC clearance.
• Familiarity with the Purdue model and related OT network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Integrate OT/ICS data from facilities systems into reporting environments.
• Collect, aggregate, normalize OT/ICS data for analytics.
• Lead OT/ICS security monitoring and platform maintenance.
