Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking an OT/ICS Systems Engineer Lead to support a federal client onsite in Bethesda, MD. This role requires a hybrid work environment with 3–5 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities include integrating OT/ICS data from BAS, CMMS, PACS, VAMI, FNMS into DASH analytics, and overseeing security monitoring and platform operations. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years OT/ICS experience are required, with US citizenship and NACIC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of OT/ICS experience.
• 5 years OT/ICS engineering experience.
• 5 years operating and upgrading facilities.
• 5 years with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms.
• 5 years of data quality and data reporting experience.
• 5 years with FACnet or equivalent OT network experience.
• 5 years of Purdue model proficiency.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from facilities systems (BAS, CMMS, PACS, VAMI, FNMS) into DASH-managed reporting and analytics environments.
• Collect, aggregate, and normalize OT/ICS data.
• OT/ICS security monitoring, alert management, monitoring-platform operations and maintenance.
