Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking an OT/ICS Systems Engineer Lead to join our team supporting a federal client located onsite in Bethesda, MD. The role requires a hybrid work environment with onsite work 3-5 days per week in Bethesda, MD depending on program needs.

Responsibilities include integrating data from BAS, CMMS, PACS, VAMI, FNMS and other government systems into reporting environments, and overseeing OT/ICS data collection, normalization, and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years OT/ICS engineering experience required.
• 5+ years operating and upgrading facilities required.
• 5+ years OT/ICS supervisory/building-automation experience required.
• 5+ years data quality and data reporting experience required.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain NACIC Level 5 clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from facilities systems including BAS, CMMS, PACS, VAMI, FNMS, and other Government-designated operational systems into DASH-managed reporting and analytics environments
• Collect, aggregate, and normalize Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS).
• OT/ICS security monitoring, alert management, monitoring-platform operations and maintenance,

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree along with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience
• 5 years OT/ICS engineering experience
• 5 years of experience operating and upgrading facilities
• 5 years of experience with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms
• 5 years of experience leading data quality and data reporting5 years of experience with FACnet or equivalent OT network experience
• 5 years of experience with Purdue model proficiency
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology
• 8 years of OT/ICS engineering experience
• 8 years of experience operating and upgrading facilities
• 8 years of experience with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms
