Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking an OT/ICS Systems Engineer Lead to support a federal client onsite in Bethesda, MD. This role requires a hybrid work environment with 3–5 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities include integrating OT/ICS data from BAS, CMMS, PACS, VAMI, FNMS into DASH analytics, and overseeing security monitoring and platform operations. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years OT/ICS experience are required, with US citizenship and NACIC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of OT/ICS experience.
• 5 years OT/ICS engineering experience.
• 5 years operating and upgrading facilities.
• 5 years with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms.
• 5 years of data quality and data reporting experience.
• 5 years with FACnet or equivalent OT network experience.
• 5 years of Purdue model proficiency.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance.

Evolver Federal is looking for an OT/ICS Systems Engineer Lead to join our team supporting our federal client located onsite in Bethesda, MD.

This position requires a hybrid work environment with onsite work 3-5 days per week in Bethesda, MD depending on the requirements of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate data from facilities systems including BAS, CMMS, PACS, VAMI, FNMS, and other Government-designated operational systems into DASH-managed reporting and analytics environments
• Collect, aggregate, and normalize Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS).
• OT/ICS security monitoring, alert management, monitoring-platform operations and maintenance,

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree along with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience
• 5 years OT/ICS engineering experience
• 5 years of experience operating and upgrading facilities
• 5 years of experience with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms
• 5 years of experience leading data quality and data reporting
• 5 years of experience with FACnet or equivalent OT network experience
• 5 years of experience with Purdue model proficiency
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology
• 8 years of OT/ICS engineering experience
• 8 years of experience operating and upgrading facilities
• 8 years of experience with OT/ICS supervisory and building-automation platforms
