Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in clients' homes and communities in the Charleston, SC area. PRN positions are available, offering flexible scheduling within an interdisciplinary team setting.

Therapists will develop integrated treatment plans, creatively apply activities to meet functional goals, and work one-on-one with patients across the continuum—from severe brain injury to job readiness—within home

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
