Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Fayetteville, NC is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN positions delivering patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans for neurological and complex orthopedic cases, emphasizing functional goals and durable outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating impairments, collaborating with families and professionals, and providing evidence-based therapy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in OT and state licensure required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with neurological disorders preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, and time management.
• Ability to communicate with families and professionals.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function and ADLs/IADLs.
• Assess visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
• Identify adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
