Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Sugar Land, TX is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN roles delivering patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. Therapists will work with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans addressing functional goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy and state licensure; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
