Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree/technical certs a plus.
• 1–3 years in IT support, hardware deployment, or related role.
• Experience building computers and installing operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure OT hardware including PCs and factory equipment.
• Flash OS images and software packages per procedures; test hardware before deployment.
• Provide first-line hardware support and handle deployment tickets; escalate complex issues.
