Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and configure OT hardware including industrial PCs and factory equipment.
• Flash OS images and software packages onto devices per procedures.
• Test hardware before deployment and ensure functionality.
• Deploy configured hardware to factory locations across sites.
• Execute imaging operations and install software, drivers, apps.
• Provide first-line hardware support and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle tickets for hardware deployments and repairs.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory and records.
• Document deployment activities and issues in ticketing systems.
