Qualifications

• Licensed OT in New Jersey is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest in functional rehabilitation and independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, functional, and orthopedic limitations.
• Help patients improve ability to perform activities of daily living independently.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional needs and lifestyle.
• Address strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional movement limitations.
• Incorporate activities to improve daily task performance.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, or other conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Complete accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate with patients, referring providers, and the SportsMed team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
