SportsMed Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapist focused on functional rehabilitation to help patients regain independence and return to daily activities.

You will evaluate and treat a range of patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• NJ OT license required.
• New graduates and experienced OTs welcome to apply.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, functional, and orthopedic limitations.
• Help patients regain independence in activities of daily living.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and lifestyle.
• Address strength, mobility, coordination, balance, endurance, and functional movement limitations.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress timely and accurately.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and SportsMed team.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to support rehabilitation goals.
