SportsMed Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapist focused on functional rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized plans, and help them regain independence in daily activities.

Joining a multidisciplinary team, you will educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with therapists to meet rehabilitation goals. Licensure in NJ is required; new graduates are welcome.

Qualificações

• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapy license is required.
• New graduates and experienced OTs are welcome to apply.
• Interest in functional rehabilitation to improve daily activities.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, functional, and orthopedic limitations.
• Help patients perform daily living activities independently.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional needs and goals.
• Address limitations in strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and endurance.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and progress strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
