Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the Wolfeboro Bay Center rehabilitation team in Wolfeboro, NH. This full-time OT role focuses on helping residents recover and improve safety in daily activities.

You will perform evaluations, set goals, provide ADL and upper-extremity therapy, educate on adaptive equipment, and coordinate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license required.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and adaptive techniques.
• Recommend and educate residents on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
