Job summary

The Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vermont is seeking a compassionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver OT interventions aimed at restoring independence.

Proficiency with Net Health EMR is preferred, and you will collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing, and physicians while educating residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, or long-term care is preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health or similar EMR platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
