Job summary

The Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vermont, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate rehab team. You will conduct evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to help residents regain independence.

Candidates must hold a Vermont OT license and an accredited OT degree; familiarity with Net Health EMR is a plus. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment with ongoing education and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont OT license, required.
• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, or long-term care preferred.

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Document all services accurately and efficiently using Net Health EMR system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including PTs, SLPs, nursing, and physicians.

• Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
