Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Clinton, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OT degree (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
