Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and long-term care settings in Clinton, IL.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT-OTR credential if required by the state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
