Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Canton, IL. The position offers competitive pay, a collaborative team, and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date. A state license and NBCOT credential are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
