Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in Illinois.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $98,800 per year, with competitive benefits, online CEU credits, and opportunities for advancement. Must hold an active OT license in the state and NBCOT certification if required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification if required by state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
