Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Clinton, IL. The role offers compensation of $36.00 - $43.00 per hour, with a focus on evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
