Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Leader for Edwards AFB OT&E Warehouse. You will direct inventory management, recruit and supervise staff, and coordinate with suppliers to meet mission requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in warehouse operations, and experience with DoD logistics concepts. Candidates should possess a valid clearance and be a US citizen. This is a full-time position on site at Edwards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years supply warehouse operations experience supporting aircraft operations.
• At least 5 years leadership/managerial experience in training and supervising a diverse workforce.
• Experience coordinating with Item Managers, Supply Service Providers, or Maintenance Logistics Support leadership on logistics issues.

Responsibilities

• Directs inventory sufficiency management for mission requirements across system life cycle.
• Oversees recruitment, training, performance reviews and work assignments.
• Manages asset position of inventories under PBL and TSPR contracts.
• Oversees suppliers, 3PLs and locations; allocates assets and interprets priorities.
