Job summary

ESAero in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, kitting, staging, and manufacturing support, ensuring safety and accuracy.

You will lead warehouse personnel, plan labor, maintain ERP/MRP transactions, and uphold AS9100/ITAR/EAR compliance, while partnering with Fulfillment Manager to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in warehouse/inventory with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in aerospace/regulatory environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP/MRP.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• AS9100/ITAR/EAR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including material movement, kitting, staging, and inventory transactions.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Plan and assign daily labor to support production schedules.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately and in accordance with procedures and quality standards.
• Execute inventory control processes, including cycle counts and ERP/MRP transactions.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and traceability of materials.
• Manage kitting and staging to support production requirements.
• Maintain warehouse organization and efficient material flow.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, OSHA, and safety policies.
• Monitor performance and report results with improvement recommendations.
• Support process improvements and system changes by Fulfillment Manager.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics to resolve issues.
• Manage warehouse equipment and safe operation.
