Lockheed Martin is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Leader for Edwards AFB OT&E Warehouse. You will direct inventory management, recruit and supervise staff, and coordinate with suppliers to meet mission requirements.
The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in warehouse operations, and experience with DoD logistics concepts. Candidates should possess a valid clearance and be a US citizen. This is a full-time position on site at Edwards.

Directs inventory sufficiency management with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Oversees the decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. Manages military service inquiries, requests for proposals and provisioning determinations. Understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information management systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification. Manages the resolution of technical and support problems. Coordinates status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00
