Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) and awareness of counterfeit electronic components.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 15 employees in the Logistics Section and report to the Logistics Manager.
• Oversee policies/procedures, performance standards, and training.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and disciplinary issues; conduct appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental policies.
