Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a STEM field or Master's with substantial research/engineering/policy experience or military experience in strategic or missile defense systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, observe and analyze operational testing of military systems to assess end-user needs under realistic conditions.
• Conduct independent analyses of test results to assess effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of systems.
