Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an experienced OT&E Support Contractor to advise and assist on DoW test programs, providing on-site expertise from requirements through final reporting.

You will support test design, execution, and reporting across OA, IOT&E, and FOT&E for multiple platforms, ensuring rigorous analyses and clear risk documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with government personnel, and requires a Secret clearance, with the National Security Solutions team shaping defense and space

Qualifications

• Significant background executing DoW Operational Tests (OT&E).
• Deep understanding of the operational test lifecycle from requirements to reporting.
• Ability to analyze test plans, capabilities, and reports; identify risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site A&AS support for test design, planning, execution and reporting.
• Assist across all phases of DoW OT&E programs and final report generation.
• Support OA, IOT&E, and FOT&E for specified platforms (T-38, TH-1H, T-6, T-7).
• Help improve SAS processes and products; ensure accurate documentation of capabilities and risks.
• Collaborate with leadership to elevate team proficiency and readiness.
