Job summary

INVISTA is seeking an Operations System Engineer to enhance operational excellence by building data pipelines and supporting industrial analytics across its global manufacturing network.

You will leverage AVEVA PI, Seeq, Snowflake and related technologies to convert raw process data into actionable insights, while partnering with process control and reliability teams. Flexible hybrid work applies with some travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with AVEVA PI or comparable OT platforms.
• Experience with MQTT/REST/OPC UA or APIs.
• Proficient in SQL and programming with PowerShell or C#.
• Ability to diagnose OT challenges and communicate RCA results.
• Willingness to rotate on-call and travel ~10%.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support data/tech solutions for operational excellence.
• Build OT data pipelines and transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Integrate industrial IoT and real‑time data into reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with site teams to meet business needs.
• Support monitoring, predictive maintenance, and asset health programs.
• Apply OT and IT cybersecurity best practices.
