Dow Inc. seeks an OT Cyber Defense Specialist to join the CSOC, located in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. The role focuses on protecting Dow's manufacturing environment, developing OT detection capabilities, and leading investigations of OT security events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant OT/cyber experience.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS technologies and industrial environments.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, threat hunting, or monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for OT/ICS, guidance on industrial control systems and OT networks.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases, analytics, and monitoring capabilities (MITRE ATT&CK for ICs).
• Investigate security events, perform threat hunting, root-cause analysis, and coordinate responses.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Develop and maintain OT detection content, playbooks, and incident response guidance.
• Collaborate on cross-functional cyber projects to improve OT security posture.
• Mentor other analysts to grow OT expertise across CSOC.
