Job summary

Novozen Health Care LLC. in Washington is seeking a Controls Engineer to provide technical support for facility OT systems and controls projects within a regulated pharmaceutical setting.

The role may lead or oversee teams designing, acquiring, installing, and upgrading critical system equipment for manufacturing processes. You will drive compliance, participate in capital projects, and support contract manufacturing with process development and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Rockwell Logix Programmer certification preferred.
• 7+ years OT controls systems engineering experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs, PanelView HMIs, and servo drives.
• Experience with RSLogix and FactoryTalk Studio.
• Familiarity with Wonderware Intouch, InSQL Historian, Archestra IDE and DA Servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for OT systems, equipment, and controls projects.
• Lead or oversee controls engineers/technicians on project teams.
• Manage capital/expense projects involving controls with compliance.
• Support contract manufacturing teams for process development and optimization.
• Develop engineering documentation and regulatory-compliant specifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project management guidelines.
• Train Maintenance staff in controls troubleshooting and repairs.
• Create RFQs for A&E firms and equipment manufacturers.
