Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA seeks an Engineer III, Controls to provide technical OT systems support for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role leads controls projects, drives process improvements, and guides cross-functional teams on compliance and capital initiatives.

The position requires a BS in a relevant field and 7+ years of OT controls experience, with hands-on knowledge of Allen-Bradley, RSLogix, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, GE Proficy, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline (CS/Engineering).
• 7+ years of OT controls systems engineering experience.
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley hardware and software (RSLogix, FactoryTalk Studio).
• Experience with Wonderware, GE Proficy, and related software.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for OT equipment controls systems.
• Support OT controls projects including expansion, upgrades, and cost reduction.
• Train and guide Maintenance controls technicians in troubleshooting.
• Support contract manufacturing teams with process development and deviations.
• Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for vendors and EPC firms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation per guidelines.
