Job summary

Covenant Health's Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the Therapy Center. This full-time role (80 hours per pay period) follows a day shift and reports to clinical supervision.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, educate families, and document progress in accordance with professional and payer guidelines. Tennessee OT license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee OT license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work under supervision and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients (initial, progress, discharge) and establish treatment plans.
• Coordinate with care team and involve family in care decisions.
• Maintain patient documentation and comply with chart audits and guidelines.
• Provide training/supervision for support staff or students.
• Engage in quality improvement and department initiatives.
