Responsibilities

• Advanced clinical practice, including evaluation and specialized treatment of patients.
• Involves patient and family in treatment, education and goal setting.
• Coordinates with other medical personnel regarding patient’s progress and discharge planning.
• Provides education/mentorship to staff and participates in orientation and training.
