Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in evaluating and developing treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
• Attend team meetings and in-service trainings.
