Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in evaluating and developing treatment plans for residents.
• Implement treatment plans by providing therapeutic exercises, activities, and techniques.
• Monitor and document resident progress and communicate with the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate residents and their families on techniques and strategies for improving daily living skills.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
