Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and follow clinical procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board.
• Record evaluations and update progress toward goals.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in maintenance and caregiver training.
• Participate in discharge planning and department communication.
