Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) for our Marble Falls Hospital location. The role supports rehabilitative activities for patients with developmental, physical, and emotional impairments under licensed OT supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting in therapy treatments, documenting progress, and communicating with the supervising therapist. This PRN daytime position requires strong teamwork and confidentiality in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy treatments under a licensed OT's direction.
• Assists in developing, improving, and restoring autonomous functioning or minimizing debilitation.
