Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Sebastian, FL, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function in an in-facility setting. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will work with a compassionate team, support patient independence, and participate in the organization’s mentorship and CEU opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA/ACOTE standards).
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient independence.

Education
