Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• MUST hold active OTA licensure in states of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and licensure maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to identify appropriate interventions.
• Develop and follow treatment plans aligned with goals.
• Communicate findings to residents, families, and team members.
• Establish therapy schedules with the care team.
• Document therapy and bill for services per standards.
• Perform other duties to support resident care and CMS guidelines.
