Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid OTA license.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate software including EHR.
• Current license to practice as OTA in the employment state.

Responsibilities

• Restore patient to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Educate patient on maintenance of function after discharge.
• Work under supervision of OT and Director of Rehab to meet goals.
