Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence with compassionate care.

You'll report to the Director of Rehab, collaborate with clinicians across disciplines, and contribute to a patient-centered environment that supports growth, mentorship, and ongoing education through our program offerings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities following recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate patient care.
